What you'll do

As the Director of Engineering, you will lead the Wallets engineering department, overseeing the development of core systems that power BitGo's digital asset custody and transaction capabilities. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for the department and ensuring that your teams are aligned with the company's goals. Your leadership will be crucial in driving innovation and maintaining the high standards of security and reliability that BitGo is known for.

You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that the Wallets systems integrate seamlessly with BitGo's broader infrastructure. This includes working with product management, compliance, and operations teams to deliver solutions that meet regulatory requirements and client expectations. You will also be involved in mentoring and developing your engineering managers, helping them to grow their teams and enhance their technical skills.

What we offer

BitGo offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $260,000 to $320,000, along with equity and performance bonuses.
