What you'll do

In this role, you will spearhead and scale BitGo's data engineering teams, focusing on the evolution of the data platform. You will design and oversee the deployment of data solutions that ensure the reliability and accuracy of financial datasets. Collaborating closely with engineers and analysts, you will enhance data accessibility for internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers and auditors.

You will be responsible for managing the entire data lifecycle, from capturing and storing data to leveraging it for insights and decision-making. Your leadership will guide the team in implementing best practices for data management and processing, ensuring that the data platform meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.
