What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the ML Data team, you will lead the development of large-scale data infrastructure that supports AI model training. You will be responsible for team building, defining the mission and technical strategy, and executing hiring plans to attract top talent. Your role will involve overseeing project execution, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality data solutions that meet the needs of various stakeholders. You will collaborate with other teams to design and implement data collection, filtering, processing, and labeling processes. Additionally, you will develop internal tools to streamline data operations and continuously improve the efficiency of the data pipeline. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing a strong engineering culture that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
