Who you are
You have a strong background in infrastructure operations, with experience in maintaining high availability for critical services. You understand the importance of uptime and have a proactive approach to troubleshooting and implementing changes in production environments. Your technical skills are complemented by your ability to work collaboratively within a global team, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
You are familiar with Kubernetes and have hands-on experience in deploying and managing containerized applications. Your understanding of operational monitoring and alerting systems allows you to quickly identify and resolve issues, ensuring that services remain reliable and performant. You thrive in environments where you can contribute to the operational backbone of a company, particularly in the fast-evolving digital asset space.
What you'll do
As a DevOps Engineer at BitGo, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure that supports our blockchain services. You will implement changes to production infrastructure, ensuring that uptime is critical and that services are always available to our clients. Participating in the operations response team, you will be part of an on-call rotation, ready to address any incidents that may arise.
Your role will involve facilitating the deployment of new code and supporting release processes, ensuring that updates are seamless and do not disrupt service availability. You will also support operational monitoring and alerting, maintaining the reliability of our logging platform. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring that BitGo continues to lead in providing secure and efficient digital asset solutions.
