You have 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, with a strong background in managing infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You understand the complexities of data integration and have a proven track record of optimizing environments for development and production workloads.

Your expertise includes working with cloud platforms like AWS, where you've implemented scalable solutions that support high availability and performance. You are proficient in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes, enabling you to streamline application deployment and management.

You possess strong scripting skills, allowing you to automate processes and improve operational efficiency. Your experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform has equipped you to manage infrastructure in a repeatable and reliable manner.

You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications. Your problem-solving skills enable you to troubleshoot issues effectively and implement solutions that enhance system reliability.

Desirable

Experience with CI/CD tools and practices is a plus, as you will be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of deployment processes. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools will help you maintain system health and performance.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the infrastructure lifecycle for Atlan’s connector ecosystem, ensuring that environments are provisioned and maintained efficiently. You will collaborate with connector engineers to provide the necessary infrastructure for building, testing, and evolving integrations.

You will implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes, reducing time to market for new features and improvements. Your role will involve monitoring system performance and reliability, proactively addressing issues before they impact users.

You will work on scaling the integration systems as the number of connectors and source domains grows, ensuring that the infrastructure can handle increased loads and complexity. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of data operations across various industries.
