Who you are
You are a talented Product Designer with a strong eye for design and a passion for creating user-centered products. You have experience leading design projects from concept to final implementation, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency throughout the process. Your creative problem-solving skills enable you to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
You are proficient in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and detailed UI specifications to effectively communicate your design ideas. Conducting user research and usability testing is second nature to you, as you gather insights and iterate on designs based on feedback. You stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented design culture within your team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the design process for various projects, ensuring that designs align with the overall product vision, user needs, and business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to define project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions. Your responsibilities will include creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, as well as conducting user research to gather insights and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
You will also be responsible for ensuring a high level of quality and consistency in your designs, as well as fostering a collaborative design culture within the team. By staying current with industry trends and best practices, you will help shape the future of Sesame's products and contribute to the overall success of the company.
