Who you are
You have a proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, particularly within the financial services or technology sectors. Your experience includes selling to pensions, endowments, foundations, and family offices, and you possess a strong network in this space. You are adept at building relationships and have a deep understanding of the digital asset landscape, which allows you to effectively communicate the value of BitGo's solutions to potential clients.
Your ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals is complemented by your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving targets and driving revenue growth. You are a self-starter who is comfortable working independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client success.
Desirable
Experience in digital asset solutions or blockchain technology is a plus, as is familiarity with custody, wallets, staking, trading, and settlement services. You are passionate about the evolving financial landscape and are eager to be part of a team that is transforming investing.
What you'll do
As a Sales Director at BitGo, you will be responsible for increasing revenues across all of BitGoβs solutions, including secure wallets, regulated custody, and prime services. You will focus on acquiring new client relationships within the pensions, endowments, foundations, and family offices sectors. Your role will involve representing BitGo products and articulating their benefits to potential clients, ensuring they understand how BitGo can meet their needs in the digital asset space.
You will work closely with the Head of Prime Brokerage and Institutional Sales to develop and execute sales strategies that align with BitGo's overall business objectives. This includes identifying new market opportunities, conducting outreach to potential clients, and nurturing relationships to drive long-term partnerships. You will also collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into product development and marketing strategies.
Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, as well as your contribution to the overall growth of BitGo's client base. You will be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings, allowing you to position BitGo effectively in the market.
What we offer
BitGo offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $225,000 to $275,000, along with equity and an annual performance bonus. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment where you can make a significant impact on the future of digital assets.
