You have a strong background in sales, particularly within the cryptocurrency, financial services, or technology sectors β your experience has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex sales cycles and build lasting client relationships. You understand the digital asset landscape and are passionate about helping clients securely navigate this evolving space. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to represent BitGo's products and services effectively in client meetings and industry events.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working independently as an individual contributor β your proactive approach to acquiring new logos and revenue sets you apart. You have a keen understanding of regional market dynamics and competitor landscapes, which enables you to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. You are innovative in your thinking and problem-solving, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
What you'll do
As the Sales Director at BitGo, you will be responsible for increasing revenues across all of BitGoβs solutions, including secure wallets, regulated custody, and prime services. You will lead the end-to-end sales life cycle, from prospecting new clients to closing deals. Your role will involve representing BitGo at industry events and client meetings, where you will showcase the value of our products and services. You will work closely with the Head of Go Network & EMEA Sales to develop strategies that align with BitGo's growth objectives.
You will analyze regional market microstructures and stay informed about the evolving competitor landscape to ensure BitGo remains a leader in the digital asset space. Your ability to communicate openly and effectively with both clients and internal teams will be crucial in fostering collaboration and driving success. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to transforming the financial markets through innovative digital asset solutions.
