BitMEX is seeking an Engineering Lead for their Custody team to enhance the Funds & Wallets system that powers the custody of digital assets. You'll work closely with Trading and Wallet Technology Engineers. This role requires extensive experience in engineering leadership.

Your expertise in custody systems and digital asset management is complemented by your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Desirable
Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications in custody solutions. What you'll do
As the Engineering Lead for Custody at BitMEX, you will oversee the development and enhancement of the Funds & Wallets system, which is critical for managing digital asset custody. You will lead a team of engineers, guiding them in best practices for software development and ensuring that the systems are robust, secure, and scalable. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Trading and Wallet Technology Engineers to integrate new features and improve existing functionalities.
