What you'll do

As the Engineering Lead at HubSpot, you will direct a team of about 8 engineers, focusing on creating capabilities that deliver accurate, high-quality data to support lead management and sales operations. You will be responsible for fostering an inclusive environment within your team, ensuring that everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their best work.

You will collaborate closely with data sciences, machine learning, and strategy & operations teams to enrich and identify leads, shaping demand fulfillment through a multi-modal sales strategy. Your role will involve overseeing the development of an AI-native, dynamic, and data-driven product that optimizes sales capacity and routes leads effectively.

You will engage in regular one-on-one meetings with your team members to discuss their progress, provide feedback, and support their professional development. You will also be involved in strategic planning sessions, where you will contribute your insights on how technology can enhance sales processes and drive revenue.

Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that the team meets its objectives while maintaining a high standard of quality in the work produced. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, integrating them into your team's workflows to continuously improve performance.
