What you'll do
As the Head of Customer Service & Experience at Bitvavo, you will oversee the entire customer support function, including Support, Technical Support, Complaints Management, and Quality Assurance. You will lead and develop a team of experts, ensuring that customer queries are handled in compliance with regulatory standards. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for enhancing the customer experience on our platform and implementing strategies to drive these initiatives forward.
You will be the go-to person for everything related to customer experience, working closely with various stakeholders to align on priorities and drive improvements.
