You have a strong background in customer experience marketing, with a focus on building relationships and driving customer loyalty. Your experience in managing marketing initiatives allows you to understand the nuances of customer journeys and how to enhance them effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients. You are enthusiastic about creating impactful marketing strategies that resonate with customers and transform them into brand advocates. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate customer needs and advocate for their interests within the organization. You are driven by results and are eager to contribute to the growth of a global company.

Desirable

Experience in the North and Central European markets is a plus, as is familiarity with the MENAT region. A background in digital marketing or experience analytics would enhance your ability to succeed in this role. You are adaptable and open to learning new tools and methodologies that can improve customer engagement and satisfaction.

What you'll do
