You have 5+ years of development experience, particularly in building high-performance systems that handle low latency and high throughput. Your expertise in Java and C++ allows you to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver solutions that guarantee peak performance across systems. You are comfortable diving into technical challenges and enjoy collaborating with your team to make pivotal decisions on technology stacks and architecture.
Your experience includes actively participating in operational rotations to resolve incidents in production environments, ensuring that you are well-versed in maintaining system reliability. You have a strong understanding of measurements and benchmarking, which helps you optimize system performance. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a rapidly growing engineering organization.
What you'll do
As a Senior Software Engineer at Bitvavo, you will collaborate closely with your Engineering Manager and Staff Engineer to craft highly performant, low latency services. You will dive into technical challenges, building solutions that ensure peak performance across our systems.
