You have a strong background in customer operations and are adept at managing onboarding processes for clients. Your experience includes working closely with merchants to ensure a smooth transition and activation of services. You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively convey complex product information to clients, ensuring they understand how to leverage the tools available to them. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring that each merchant receives the attention they need to succeed. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to enhance the onboarding experience. You are passionate about helping businesses grow and succeed through effective use of technology.
Desirable
Experience in the payments or financial services industry is a plus, as is familiarity with omnichannel solutions. You may have worked with various software tools that assist in merchant management and onboarding processes. A background in project management or customer success can also be beneficial in this role.
What you'll do
As a Seller Onboarding Specialist at Block, you will manage the final stages of the sales funnel, working directly with Australian merchants to drive their activation and onboarding process. You will utilize your deep product knowledge to guide merchants through the setup of their accounts and ensure they are fully equipped to use our services effectively. Your role will involve project management, where you will track the progress of each onboarding project and address any challenges that arise. You will collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure a seamless transition for merchants from sales to activation. You will also gather feedback from merchants to continuously improve the onboarding process and enhance the overall customer experience. Your goal is to accelerate the onboarding timeline and ensure that merchants can quickly start benefiting from our integrated solutions.
