You possess strong project management skills and are adept at educating customers about new systems and processes. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients sets the tone for their journey with PushPress.
You have experience with customer support tools and systems, such as Intercom and HubSpot, which allows you to navigate client inquiries efficiently. Your familiarity with remote communication tools like Zoom and Slack enables you to conduct effective training sessions and follow-ups. You are comfortable with technology and can quickly learn new platforms, including PushPress Core, Grow, and Train.
What you'll do
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for new PushPress clients after they sign up — your role is crucial in guiding them through their initial setup. You will work closely with clients to accelerate their Time to First Value, ensuring they feel confident and supported as they begin using our platform. Your responsibilities will include conducting training sessions, answering client questions, and providing ongoing support during the onboarding process.
You will blend project management with customer education, helping gyms go live with confidence and momentum. By understanding the unique needs of each client, you will tailor your approach to ensure a smooth transition to our services. Your efforts will play a critical role in reducing early churn and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.
