You have 5+ years of experience in data analysis, particularly in the financial services or fraud detection domains — you've developed a strong understanding of risk and compliance frameworks and how data informs decision-making in these areas. Your expertise in SQL allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively, providing insights that drive strategic initiatives. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to identify trends and anomalies in data that can indicate potential fraud risks. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance fraud prevention strategies and improve overall compliance. You are eager to broaden your knowledge and take on additional responsibilities within risk and compliance, enhancing your professional development.
What you'll do
As a Senior Fraud Data Analyst at Block, you will be responsible for creating and automating reports that support critical Fraud processes. Your analyses will provide essential insights into the Fraud risk landscape for Square Financial Services products, helping to inform key decisions within the organization.
