Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in fraud analysis, with at least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry — you've developed a keen eye for identifying patterns and anomalies that indicate fraudulent activity. Your analytical skills are complemented by your ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, ensuring that insights lead to actionable strategies.
You are proficient in using data analysis tools and methodologies, allowing you to move beyond ad-hoc reporting to deliver hypothesis-driven analyses. Your experience includes working with cross-functional teams to implement fraud prevention measures and improve existing processes. You understand the importance of data integrity and are committed to maintaining high standards in your work.
What you'll do
In this role, you will analyze transaction data to identify potential fraud patterns and trends, providing insights that directly influence product development and risk management strategies. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to design and implement fraud detection systems that are both effective and efficient. Your work will involve conducting experiments and readouts to validate hypotheses and improve fraud prevention measures.
You will also play a pivotal role in shifting the company from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-led decision-making. This includes developing dashboards and reports that highlight key metrics and trends in fraud activity.
