What you'll do

As a Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer at Block, you will design, build, and support board-level and end-of-line test stations for our hardware products. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that our devices are manufactured to the highest standards. You will analyze test data to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the development of scalable test plans that can be implemented across multiple production lines. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during the testing process, ensuring that our products meet or exceed customer expectations.

You will engage in frequent travel to our manufacturing sites in Malaysia, Vietnam, and China, working closely with local teams to implement best practices in testing and quality assurance. Your contributions will directly impact the reliability and performance of our products, helping to drive customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge of testing methodologies and engineering principles, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
