Who you are
You have a strong background in manufacturing test engineering, with experience in developing and implementing test strategies for complex electronic devices. Your technical expertise allows you to design and qualify test fixtures and equipment, ensuring that products meet rigorous quality standards before mass production. You thrive in collaborative environments, working effectively with cross-functional teams and large-scale contract manufacturers to drive product success.
You possess excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail, enabling you to identify and address potential issues early in the product lifecycle. Your strategic thinking helps you architect comprehensive testing solutions that cover functional, parametric, and in-circuit testing. You are comfortable navigating the complexities of product development and manufacturing processes, ensuring that every product leaving the line meets performance specifications.
What you'll do
As a Manufacturing Test Engineer at Sesame, you will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing test strategies for our next-generation wearable devices. You will collaborate with product development teams to conduct initial design reviews and ensure that testing processes are integrated throughout the product lifecycle. Your role will involve designing, developing, and qualifying test fixtures and equipment, as well as creating software solutions to streamline testing processes.
You will work closely with contract manufacturers to optimize testing procedures and ensure that all products meet our high-quality standards. Your expertise will be critical in identifying areas for improvement in the manufacturing process, allowing for more efficient production and enhanced product performance. You will also play a key role in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during testing, ensuring that our products are ready for market.
