Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and more than 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing environments. Your background includes developing and validating automated test programs and fixtures, ensuring efficient production processes, and collaborating with teams to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
You possess strong troubleshooting skills and can resolve manufacturing and testing issues effectively. Your experience includes providing training and guidance to contract manufacturers on the proper use of test equipment and fixtures, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and validate automated test programs and fixtures that are crucial for the manufacturing process. You will collaborate closely with contract manufacturers to optimize manufacturing processes and improve production efficiency, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards.
You will also provide training and guidance to contract manufacturers on the proper use of test equipment and fixtures, helping them to understand the best practices for testing and quality assurance. Additionally, you will assist in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting when needed, ensuring that all testing equipment is functioning correctly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing and testing issues related to production, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all challenges are addressed promptly. You will play a key role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing process, contributing to the overall success of SonicWall's operations.
