What you'll do

As a Product Manager on the GTM Automation team, you will be responsible for defining the automation strategy that powers various functions within Block. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams to identify areas where automation can enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your role will involve prioritizing features and functionalities based on user needs and business objectives, ensuring that the automation solutions you develop align with the overall goals of the company.

You will lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation through to launch, working with engineers and designers to create intuitive and impactful automation tools. You will also be responsible for conducting user research and gathering feedback to continuously improve the products you manage. Your insights will help shape the future of how Block operates, making it a more agile and responsive organization.
