You are data-driven and can analyze portfolio performance to identify growth opportunities for merchants. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving extraordinary outcomes for your clients.
What you'll do
As a Relationship Manager at Block, you will be responsible for managing a multi-million GPV portfolio of UK merchants. You will work closely with the Head of Relationship Management to understand the specific needs of your merchants and develop strategies to promote their long-term success with Clearpay. Your role will involve analyzing portfolio performance and identifying opportunities for growth, ensuring that merchants are leveraging the Clearpay product effectively. You will collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to address challenges and create tailored solutions for your merchants. Your success will be measured by the growth and retention of your merchant portfolio, and you will play a key role in driving the overall success of Clearpay in the UK market.
