You have a strong background in technical support and program management, ideally with experience in AI or technology adoption initiatives. You understand the importance of creating a culture of knowledge sharing and are skilled at troubleshooting technical issues. Your ability to design engaging learning programs will help drive behavior change across the organization.

What you'll do
In this role, you will be the primary responder in G2 support channels, troubleshooting issues and helping employees solve technical problems. You will design and facilitate office hours and troubleshooting sessions to provide ongoing support. Your responsibilities will include triaging complex issues to the Product team and escalating when necessary, ensuring that all technical challenges are addressed promptly.
You will work closely with the G2 and BizOps teams to build the technical support infrastructure needed for successful AI adoption. This includes designing learning programs that equip AI champions with the knowledge and tools they need to scale AI adoption across their functions. You will also monitor the effectiveness of these programs and make adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
