You will conduct user research to gather insights and validate design concepts, iterating on your designs based on user feedback and testing results. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate your ideas effectively to stakeholders. You will also contribute to the development of design systems that ensure consistency across products and platforms. Your role will involve mentoring junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team, and advocating for user-centered design practices throughout the organization.
