What you'll do

As a Principal Designer on the Learner UX team, you’ll be a senior individual contributor responsible for pushing the boundaries of what learning can feel like—seamless, dynamic, and deeply engaging. You will partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to make your design ideas a reality. Your role will involve defining user experiences that resonate with learners, ensuring that the design is not only visually appealing but also functional and user-friendly. You will lead design reviews, mentor junior designers, and advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization. Your work will directly impact how millions of learners interact with Udemy's platform, making it essential to understand user needs and behaviors deeply.
