You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in fulfillment and order management systems. You understand the complexities of post-checkout ecosystems and have a proven track record of leading product teams to success. What you'll do
As the Product Lead, you will own the product vision and strategy for Square’s post-checkout ecosystem, which includes consumer-facing order experiences and seller-facing operational tools. You will lead a team of Product Managers, guiding them in developing innovative solutions that enhance the seller experience and streamline operations. Your role will involve defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
You will conduct user research and analyze market trends to inform product decisions, ensuring that Square remains competitive in the evolving commerce landscape. Collaborating with engineering and design teams, you will oversee the development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products meet user needs and deliver value.
You will also be responsible for setting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your products and iterating based on feedback and data analysis. Your leadership will foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within your team, empowering them to take ownership of their projects and drive results.
