Who you are
You have a strong analytical mindset and experience in program management, particularly in the banking or financial services sector. What you'll do
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Change Management Program at Block's bank, Square Financial Services. You will work closely with Program Managers to oversee changes to the bank's products, ensuring that all modifications are reviewed and approved in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various teams to gather necessary information, preparing documentation for change requests, and tracking the progress of changes to ensure they meet regulatory standards.
You will also be responsible for analyzing the impact of proposed changes on existing products and services, providing insights that will help shape the bank's strategic roadmap. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of changes and to address any concerns that may arise during the process. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of the Change Management Program by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.
