What you'll do

As a Banking Specialist at Brex, you will be a foundational member of our newly formed Banking Team. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with clients to optimize their use of our business account suite of products. You will engage directly with high-level executives to understand their needs and demonstrate how Brex can help them manage their corporate spending effectively. Your role will involve upselling our checking and treasury services, ensuring that clients are fully aware of the benefits and features available to them.

You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to penetrate new markets. Your insights will help shape our approach to customer engagement and product development. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that client feedback is integrated into our product offerings, enhancing the overall customer experience.

In addition to driving revenue, you will play a key role in building long-term relationships with clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional service will be critical in fostering trust and loyalty. You will be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings, allowing you to position Brex as a leader in the corporate banking space.
