Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in procurement and contract management, ideally in a leadership role where you've shaped and governed procurement processes. Your background includes working closely with legal teams to ensure compliance and risk management in contracting. You understand the importance of operational efficiency and have a track record of improving cycle times and audit readiness in procurement operations.
You possess strong analytical skills and can assess procurement maturity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing scalable solutions. Your ability to partner with various stakeholders, including Procurement and Legal, allows you to operationalize and enforce contracting frameworks effectively. You are adept at navigating complex organizational structures and fostering collaboration across teams.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development and continuous improvement of a scalable procurement contracting delivery model. You will oversee the contract lifecycle management process, ensuring that it aligns with the organization's risk management strategies. Your responsibilities will include partnering with Procurement and Legal teams to standardize procurement processes, enhancing speed and consistency while maintaining risk controls.
You will be central to advancing procurement maturity within the organization, focusing on improving cycle times and supporting efficient supplier engagement. Your leadership will be crucial in enabling the Global Procurement Organization to operate effectively and meet its goals. You will also play a key role in audit readiness, ensuring that all procurement activities are compliant with legal and organizational standards.
