You have extensive experience in procurement operations, ideally with a focus on global processes and systems. Your leadership skills are proven, as you've successfully managed distributed teams and ensured alignment across regions. You understand the importance of operational excellence and have a track record of driving measurable improvements in efficiency and compliance. You are adept at leveraging data and AI tools to modernize procurement functions, ensuring that processes are both agile and controlled. Your strategic vision is complemented by a hands-on approach to day-to-day operations, making you a key player in achieving organizational goals.

Desirable

Experience with automation tools and AI-driven procurement solutions is a plus. Familiarity with finance processes and systems will enhance your ability to partner effectively with finance counterparts. A background in data analysis will help you drive insights and improvements in procurement operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and develop a global procurement operations team, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will serve as the global process owner for procurement processes, collaborating closely with finance, sourcing leaders, and legal teams to create workflows that balance global consistency with regional flexibility. Your focus will be on driving operational excellence, overseeing purchasing, approvals, and payment processes to ensure compliance and efficiency. You will also spearhead initiatives to modernize procurement operations through automation and AI, evaluating tools and processes that enhance productivity and data-driven decision-making.

Optiver provides a competitive salary range of $172,000—$215,000 USD, along with a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
