What you'll do

As the Senior Product Manager for Retention at Block, you will lead the charge in defining and executing the product strategy aimed at improving seller retention. You will work closely with the Retention team to identify at-risk sellers and develop initiatives that deepen their usage of Square's ecosystem. Additionally, you will analyze user data to identify trends and insights that inform product decisions. You will also mentor junior product managers, sharing your expertise and guiding them in their professional development.
