You are comfortable working hands-on with technology platforms like SuccessFactors and Qualtrics, and you understand the intricacies of performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement. Your experience in translating business strategies into actionable product strategies is crucial for driving successful outcomes. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with HR and IT to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that improve employee performance and engagement.

You will continuously evaluate market trends and innovations in talent management technologies to ensure that your products are at the forefront of the industry.

You will partner with HR and other business teams to understand pain points and uncover opportunities for improvement.
