You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on user retention and engagement. You understand the importance of creating a seamless user experience and have a track record of driving product vision and strategy. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform product decisions and measure success. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate product strategies to stakeholders at all levels. What you'll do
As the Senior Product Manager II for Membership/Retention, you will define and drive the product vision and roadmap for the Brigit member experience in the mobile app. You will oversee the development of features related to the home screen, global navigation, subscription flows, account management, and billing. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that the product meets user needs and aligns with business objectives. You will analyze user data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance user engagement and retention. You will also be responsible for prioritizing the product backlog and ensuring timely delivery of features. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and gather feedback.
