Overview

Bloom is hiring an Account Director to manage client accounts and provide strategic oversight. You'll work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure hands-on execution of projects. This role requires strong leadership and account management skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You excel at building relationships with clients and understand the nuances of managing multiple accounts simultaneously. Your strategic mindset allows you to provide oversight while also being hands-on in execution. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with a passionate team to deliver exceptional results for clients.

You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate ideas clearly and effectively to both clients and team members. Your ability to navigate complex client needs and expectations is a key strength, and you are adept at problem-solving and finding creative solutions. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities with ease.

Desirable

Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus, as is familiarity with working with well-known brands. A background in strategic planning and execution will help you excel in this role, as will any experience leading teams or projects.

What you'll do

As an Account Director at Bloom, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and ensuring that all projects are executed to the highest standards. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop strategic plans that align with client goals and objectives. Your role will involve overseeing project execution, ensuring that timelines and budgets are met while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

You will lead a team of account managers and collaborate with various departments to deliver integrated solutions for clients. Your ability to foster strong relationships with clients will be crucial in identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, helping them to grow in their roles and achieve their professional goals.
