Bloomerang is hiring a Senior Manager, HR Business Partners to oversee a team of HRBPs and ensure they provide strategic support to business units. This role requires strong leadership and experience in employee relations.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in human resources management, particularly in leading teams of HR Business Partners. With at least 5 years of experience in HR, you understand the nuances of employee relations and legal compliance, and you are adept at navigating complex situations with sensitivity and professionalism. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you are committed to developing your team's skills and capabilities to act as strategic consultants within the organization.
You are data-driven and understand the importance of metrics in shaping HR strategies. You have experience in fostering a high-performance culture and are passionate about creating an inclusive environment where employees can thrive. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively engage with various stakeholders across the organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a team of HR Business Partners, providing direction, coaching, and development to ensure they are equipped to support their assigned departments effectively. You will serve as the primary point of contact for complex employee relations issues, guiding your team through internal investigations and ensuring compliance with legal standards. As a change agent, you will lead initiatives to modernize HR practices and enhance the overall effectiveness of the HRBP function.
You will collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their needs and provide tailored HR solutions that align with organizational goals. Your role will involve analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, enabling you to proactively address challenges before they escalate.
