What you'll do
As a Benefits Partner at Braze, you will play a pivotal role in the Global Benefits function. You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing benefits programs across AMER, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Your expertise will guide the development of competitive benefits offerings that meet the diverse needs of our employees. You will collaborate with the People Team to ensure that our benefits programs are aligned with our organizational goals and values. Additionally, you will work with external brokers and providers to maintain compliance and sustainability in our benefits offerings. Your role will involve analyzing benefits data and trends to make informed recommendations for program enhancements. You will also be an advocate for employee well-being, ensuring that our benefits programs support work-life harmony and promote equity within the organization.
