You have a strong background in human resources, ideally with experience as an HR Business Partner. You understand the importance of aligning HR strategies with business goals and have a proven track record of supporting managers in talent management initiatives. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders is key to your success in this role.
You thrive in environments that value autonomy and innovation, and you are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are skilled at implementing best practices in HR. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess data and make informed decisions that enhance the employee experience.
What you'll do
As a Human Resources Business Partner at DRW, you will collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement talent strategies that align with the firm's objectives. You will act as a consultant on HR-related initiatives, providing guidance on employee development programs and performance management processes. Your role will involve assessing the effectiveness of current HR practices and recommending improvements to create a best-in-class employee experience.
You will support managers in identifying talent needs and developing strategies to attract and retain top talent. This includes facilitating training and development opportunities, as well as providing coaching and support to team leaders. You will also play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture that encourages respect, curiosity, and open communication.
