What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager II at Braze, you will be responsible for owning client renewals and retention targets for some of the world's biggest brands. You will act as the main point of contact for your customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to align on customer needs and drive feature adoption through shared Success Plans. Your role will involve understanding customer goals and challenges, providing insights and recommendations to enhance their experience with Braze. You will also track and report on key metrics related to customer success, ensuring that your clients are achieving their desired outcomes. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and success of both your clients and Braze.
