You have a strong background in customer success, ideally with 3+ years of experience in a similar role. You excel at building trusting relationships with clients and have a deep understanding of their needs and pain points. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills enable you to lead meetings and host webinars effectively. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for customer expansion and renewal, ensuring that clients are satisfied with their experience.
You are passionate about enhancing customer engagement and advocacy, and you understand the importance of promoting product adoption. You have a knack for educating both customers and internal teams about product features and benefits, contributing to the overall success of the company. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with product teams to relay customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager II at FinQuery, you will serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.
