Job Description
Who you are
You have 7+ years of experience working in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, and you thrive in customer-centric roles where you can advocate for your clients. You possess a strong understanding of technology and are eager to learn about MongoDB and databases, which are inherently technical. You are comfortable operating autonomously and can take full ownership of your customer portfolio, making key decisions to drive effective outcomes. Your entrepreneurial mindset allows you to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. You excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Professional Services, and Solutions Architects, to ensure that customer needs are met effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will become the main point of contact for MongoDB end users, leveraging your technical and account management skills to build strong relationships. You will be responsible for driving customer engagement and ensuring that clients receive the support they need to succeed with MongoDB products. You will advocate for your customers within the organization, making decisions about when to escalate issues to the executive team or other internal stakeholders. Your ability to de-risk or de-escalate customer issues will be crucial in maintaining positive relationships. You will also help build the Customer Success program, contributing to its development and success.
