What you'll do

In this role, you will facilitate technical inquiries related to product features and support customer onboarding to maximize their Time to Value (TTV). You will assist customers in efficiently utilizing Braze, ensuring they can work independently with their product and engineering teams. You will communicate with customers and internal teams to explain product features and implementation timelines. Additionally, you will document technical requirements, schedules, and customer interactions to ensure a smooth onboarding process. You will validate product use cases and confirm technical feasibility for product launches, addressing any technical concerns or issues that arise.
