Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success and implementation, with at least 5 years of experience in managing teams and driving customer engagement. Your ability to empathize with customers allows you to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. You possess excellent project management skills, enabling you to oversee multiple implementations simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Your technical expertise helps you guide customers through the transition to Brex Empower, ensuring they leverage the platform effectively. You are a strategic thinker, capable of building trust with clients and providing solutions that drive long-term success. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally with various teams to enhance the customer experience.
Desirable
Experience in the fintech industry or with corporate spend management solutions is a plus. Familiarity with change management principles will help you navigate customer transitions more effectively. A background in process design will enable you to optimize implementation workflows and improve overall efficiency.
What you'll do
As the Senior Manager, Implementation at Brex, you will lead a team of Consultants responsible for onboarding new customers onto the Brex Empower platform. You will oversee the entire implementation process, ensuring that customers transition smoothly from outdated processes to a modern, employee-first approach. Your role will involve collaborating with customers to understand their unique needs and tailoring the implementation strategy accordingly. You will drive solutions with tenacity, ensuring that customers are set up for long-term success with Brex. You will also work closely with product and engineering teams to provide feedback on customer experiences and suggest improvements to the platform. Your leadership will inspire your team to take personal ownership of customer success, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
