Brex is seeking a Senior Manager, Implementation to lead the onboarding experience for new customers adopting Brex Empower. This role requires a blend of customer empathy, project management, and technical expertise.

Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success and project management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You understand the importance of customer empathy and have a proven track record of transforming customer experiences. Your technical expertise allows you to guide customers through complex implementations, ensuring they feel supported and empowered throughout the process. You are a natural leader, capable of managing a team of consultants and fostering a collaborative environment. You thrive in fast-paced settings and are adept at driving solutions with tenacity. You are committed to building trust with customers and are passionate about their long-term success.
Desirable
Experience in the fintech industry or with AI-powered platforms is a plus. Familiarity with change management processes and a strong understanding of project management methodologies will set you apart. You are comfortable working cross-functionally and have excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with various teams within the organization.
What you'll do
As the Senior Manager of Implementation at Brex, you will lead a team of consultants responsible for onboarding new customers onto the Brex Empower platform. You will oversee the entire implementation process, ensuring that customers transition smoothly from outdated processes to a modern, employee-first approach. Your role will involve developing and refining implementation strategies that prioritize customer needs and drive adoption. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique requirements and tailor solutions that meet their specific needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting performance metrics for your team and ensuring that they are met consistently. You will also act as a strategic advisor, helping customers navigate challenges and providing insights that enhance their experience with Brex.
