Overview
Brex is seeking a Senior Manager, Implementation to lead the onboarding experience for new customers adopting Brex Empower. This role requires strong project management and technical expertise to ensure customer success.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in project management and customer success, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs is paramount, as you will be responsible for transforming new customers into power users of Brex Empower. You possess technical expertise that allows you to guide customers through the onboarding process effectively, ensuring they transition from outdated processes to a modern, employee-first approach. You are a strategic advisor who builds trust with clients and drives solutions with tenacity, delivering results quickly while working cross-functionally to make adoption seamless. Your leadership skills enable you to manage a team of Consultants, fostering an environment of collaboration and accountability.
Desirable
Experience in the fintech industry or with corporate spend management solutions would be a plus. Familiarity with change management processes and the ability to design effective onboarding strategies will set you apart. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the implementation team at Brex, overseeing the onboarding experience for new customers. You will ensure that customers are set up for long-term success with Brex Empower, taking personal ownership of their journey. Your responsibilities will include managing the implementation process, coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth transition, and providing ongoing support to customers as they adapt to the platform. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring your team of Consultants, helping them develop their skills and improve their performance. As a front-line manager, you will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and retention, ensuring that clients see the value in their investment with Brex.
