What you'll do
In this role, you will lead an engineering group focused on building systems that power customer activation at Brex. This includes overseeing the development of onboarding processes, account setups, verifications, integrations, and implementation workflows. You will work closely with product managers and designers to ensure that the systems you build meet customer needs and drive engagement.
You will be responsible for setting the technical direction for your team, ensuring that best practices are followed in software development and deployment. Your leadership will guide the team in tackling complex technical challenges and achieving operational excellence. You will also be involved in hiring and developing talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner with other engineering teams to ensure that customer activation systems integrate seamlessly with Brex's broader technology stack. You will also engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on solutions that enhance the customer experience.
