What you'll do

In this role, you will lead an engineering group dedicated to building the systems and product experiences that drive customer activation at Brex. You will oversee the development of onboarding processes, account setups, verifications, and implementation workflows that help customers realize value quickly. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that your team meets its goals while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
