What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the engineering group responsible for driving Brex’s growth engine. You will be involved in strategic planning, team management, and providing technical guidance to your team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development of scalable systems that support Brex's mission to empower companies to spend with confidence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables, and you will be instrumental in driving the technical direction of projects.

You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence within the engineering team, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement. You will conduct regular one-on-ones with team members to support their professional development and provide feedback on performance. Your role will require you to stay hands-on with technology, ensuring that you remain connected to the engineering work being done.
