You have experience in recruiting, ideally within the tech or finance sectors, and understand the importance of finding the right talent to drive business success. You are adept at building relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike, ensuring a seamless and welcoming candidate experience from the first point of contact. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously, always with an eye on quality and fit. You believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and are committed to shaping a culture that reflects these values. You are strategic in your approach, using data and insights to inform your recruiting efforts and improve processes. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common goals.

What you'll do

As a Sales Recruiter at Brex, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the business by recruiting for critical functions such as Account Executives, Revenue Operations, Client Sales, and Customer Success. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies that attract top talent. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers. You will also be responsible for creating a positive candidate experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects Brex's values and culture. You will leverage various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn and other platforms, to identify and engage potential candidates. You will track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve your approach and share insights with the team. You will contribute to employer branding initiatives, helping to position Brex as an employer of choice in the industry. You will stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruiting, ensuring that Brex remains competitive in attracting top talent.
