You have experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in sales roles, and understand the nuances of sourcing and engaging top talent. You excel at building relationships and have a knack for developing strategies that attract diverse candidates. You are comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders, including Sales leaders, to understand their hiring needs and develop top-of-funnel strategies. You thrive in environments where you can influence and drive positive change, and you are committed to fostering an inclusive hiring process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Figma's business organizations, specifically focusing on Sales. You will partner with Sales leaders to create effective sourcing strategies that engage passive talent through various channels, including cold outreach and events. Your responsibilities will include building healthy and representative talent pipelines, handling inbound applications, and leveraging data to inform your hiring strategies.
You will also contribute to the organization's recruiting best practices and processes, ensuring that Figma's values are reflected in every hiring decision. Your role will involve maintaining positive relationships with candidates and stakeholders alike, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
