You have a strong background in recruiting, ideally with experience in sales or go-to-market roles. You understand the importance of finding exceptional talent and are committed to creating a welcoming candidate experience. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, ensuring that each candidate feels valued throughout their journey. You believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and actively seek to build a team that reflects a wide range of perspectives and experiences.
What you'll do
As a Sales Recruiter at Brex, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the business by recruiting for critical functions such as Account Executives, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and networking events, and conduct interviews to assess their fit for the roles. You will also manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance, ensuring that each candidate has a positive impression of Brex. You will collaborate with the broader recruiting team to share best practices and continuously improve the recruitment process. Additionally, you will contribute to building a strong employer brand by promoting Brex's culture and values to potential candidates.
